Long waited summer

Well, well, well! Soon is the long waited summer over, again. The whole long dark winter I was waiting for the sunny, hot summer. And what I got? A rainy, windy, and wet, cloudy so-called summer. For example, right now I’m sitting indoors looking at the window and counting rain drops. The fall is almost here and it’s time to pack things back for the next summer. I am really disappointed! This summer was way too short!
